About Me

Typography II
Throughout this course, students will expand and refine the skills acquired in Typography I. Using the foundation of typographic basics like letterforms and page structure, we will explore systems, hierarchy, sequence and meaning. Assignments will be both expressive and pragmatic, and will be supplemented by readings, lectures, research, and an ongoing type sketchbook. Throughout, we’ll explore the creative, aesthetic, and expressive potential of type.
